Department of Justice Amnesia Outbreak

The Center for Disease Control is concerned with incidences of contagious viruses such as Avian Flu, Tuberculosis, Aids and other potential Pandemics capable of affecting the Public Health. The current furor over David Speaker, who traveled abroad despite having an Extremely Drug Resistant (XBR) form of Tuberculosis, must be high on the radar of the Center’s disease specialists. Perhaps this is why there are no press releases warning about the danger of a new form of mild dementia at the offices of the U.S. Department of Justice where an epidemic of highly contagious Amnesia appears to be spreading. The latest victim, Bradley J. Schlozman, in public testimony before the Senate Judiciary Committee, showed obvious contamination of the form of illness first exhibited by Attorney General Alberto Gonzales in testimony he made before the committee recently. “The terms I don’t recall… I have no recollection” were uttered in so many instances by the top law enforcement officer in the country, it is remarkable the Bush appointee can find his way home after the grueling duties he faces daily.

Bradley Schlozman, a 35-year-old Conservative Republican Attorney as a top official the Department’s Civil Rights Division, was responsible for the hiring and supervision of career and interim U.S. Attorneys, as well as focusing on the areas of prosecution the division would pursue. Transferring to the Western Missouri U S Attorney position in 2006, Schlozman prosecuted a case of voter fraud just prior to the November 6^th election and apparently against The Justice Departments Written directive discouraging such prosecutions because of their potential to influence the outcome of elections. When questioned by Democratic Senators Leahy, Feinstein, Whitehouse, and Schumer, Schlozman showed he had been infected with the Amnesia bug also. The” I don’t recall” phrase, symptomatic of the affliction, seems to have rendered this Cum Laude History graduate, incapable of recalling statements he made, job resumes he suggested altering to conceal Republican Party affiliations, and conversations he had wherein he boasted of the number of Republican conservatives he was able to hire.

Since this particular strain of the infection has shown the unique capability of crossing the blood barrier and mutating into a digital form hence preventing the Justice Department from providing all of its emails between controversial Bush appointees and Karl Rove and other White House operatives regarding the hiring and firing of U S Attorneys using illegal political litmus tests.

This digital strain has already made its way into White House and Republican National Committee computer systems and if the disease shows the ability to revert back to its human viral form is capable of affecting the President, Vice President and all other Executive Branch employees in close contact with Rove and Company. I cannot stress the potential for catastrophe that could occur if Bush and Cheney forgot where they keep the launch codes for America’s Ballistic and Antiballistic Missiles. How distressing to the Nation as a whole it would be if Press Secretary Tony Snow, already battling a recurrence of colon cancer, were to contact the virus. He could possibly forget to cover up the lies, distortions, blatant political misdeeds, malfeasance, and immoral policies of this Administration. America could be thrown into chaos and anarchy if the scope of their trampling of the Constitution was exposed.
